Dr. Ebonie Lamb, Co-founder & Lead Consultant
Dr. Ebonie Lamb has 21 years of experience as an educator teaching each grade from PreK to 12th grade. During those years Ebonie served many roles: special education teacher, family and community engagement coordinator, high school counselor, elementary and middle school behavior specialist, English as a Second Language teacher, and curriculum writer. In 2023 Ebonie co-presented for the Pennsylvania Education Diversity Consortium (PEDC) and the Equity Leadership Institute (ELI) for PA district teachers and administrators.
Ebonie holds a doctoral degree in Administrative and Policy Studies with a concentration in Urban Education, as well as a Master’s in School Counseling from Duquesne University, and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction with an English as a Second Language certification from Point Park University. She completed her undergraduate studies at Duquesne University, majoring in Elementary and Special Education. Ebonie served as a 2022-2023 PA Teach Plus Fellow member of the Culturally Affirming Schools workgroup and co-wrote the Unpacking the PA Culturally Relevant Sustaining Education competencies. Ebonie served as a 2023-2024 PA Senior Teach Plus Fellow co-leading the Reimagining Teacher Preparation Workgroup. Ebonie’s passion and commitment push her to advocate for equitable systems and bring awareness of policy in Pennsylvania and nationwide.
Dr. Tasha Peacock, Co-founder & Lead Consultant
Dr. Tasha Peacock brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role, with a decade of higher education and fifteen years of community engagement under her belt. Throughout her career, Tasha has collaborated with over a hundred nonprofit organizations, several elected officials, and community leaders to advocate for collaborative approaches to problem-solving. Her work spans various areas including education, healthcare, and finance. As a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Tasha has conducted numerous trainings for students, higher education leaders, and professionals.
Tasha holds a doctoral degree in Administrative and Policy Studies with a concentration in Urban Education, as well as a Master’s in Social Comparative Analysis from the University of Pittsburgh School of Education. She completed her undergraduate studies at Duquesne University, majoring in political science and sociology. In 2017 she earned a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate from the University of Pittsburgh. She serves on the National Advisory Committee for a Dream Deferred through the College Board and the Board of Trustees for the Homeless Children’s Education Fund, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact on education at both local and national levels.
